sayur itu PENTING!!

salad + sawi = i tink it's a gud start... ngeee (thanks ma)
korang rasa korang punyer meal ada the right amount of balance nutritions x?

jauh ok...

sbb nye family kita orang mmg kuat makan ikan and slalu nyer accompanied by soup jer. jauh skli la nak ada macam family lain yang sekali time makan ada 2-4 jenis lauk atas meja. dengan main course ikan or ayam, kari la, sayur & tah apa lagi la...bila pegi umah orang lain yang ada byk lauk, jd terkedu sbb tak reti nk mkn byk2 menda. hihi =p

memang dah azali macam nie la family Makrai. mungkin sebab tue ke susah jadi gemok? yer la, sum people ada kata "macam mana la nak gemok kalau tak makan sayur..." betul ker statement nie??

watever it is, semalam n harini, me n mama rasa baek kita tambah satu lagi lauk dlm menu harian kita. yes!! sayur!! so, we decided that once in a while kita makan salad lak for tea time...klu tak, teh susu & kueh or goreng pisang or biskut & roti...secara x sedar, bole la memupuk habit makan sayur kat Ammar kn...harap2 la jadi! Ammar, nak muka cantik & kulit licin x?? =)

p/s : alhamdullillah, br lps makan...kenyang!!

Suka everyday makan sayur...aku rasa sangat healthy...might be a bit too late for me...sebab muka dah penuh jerawat..sampai tak cukup tempat dah dia turun ke leher..tapi takpe lah.... =P
